Reiki is a Japanese complementary healing practice that channels universal energy (Reiki) through the practitioner and into a consenting recipient. Initiated Reiki practitioners use a simple, gentle, energy technique to restore harmony, energy, and balance within the human energy system to support a client's self-healing process of becoming whole, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Through gentle touch or hand hovering, the practitioner allows the energy to safely travel throughout the body for the benefit of the client; it is not directed.
The benefits of Reiki can include: deep relaxation; reduction in stress, physical pain, and fatigue; improvement in sleep; relief from pre-surgery anxiety, fear, and pain; relief from depression and anxiety; emotional healing; and peace. Results vary with each person and session.
As a Level II Usui Reiki Practitioner, I do not diagnose or cure. I offer women* a session designed to create a serene and nurturing experience conducive to deep relaxation and energetic healing. Your safety, comfort, and well-being are most important to me.
* This practice offers Reiki to women 18 years of age and older.

30 - Minute Session | $45.00
This Reiki session is designed to treat, relax, and soothe a woman’s head, shoulders, and feet with healing Reiki energy for 20 minutes. The treatment is then followed by a 10-minute conversation about your experience. Please note: repeat clients are welcome to use the entire 30-minute session for the Reiki treatment without a conversation after the treatment.
45 - Minute Session | $70.00
This Reiki session is designed to treat, relax, and soothe a woman’s head, shoulders, ankles, and feet with healing Reiki energy for 30 minutes. This can be modified depending on the needs of the client. The treatment is then followed by a 15-minute conversation about your experience. Please note: repeat clients are welcome to use the entire 45-minute session for the Reiki treatment without a conversation after the treatment.
1 hour Session | $90.00
This Reiki session is designed to treat, relax, and soothe a woman’s head, shoulders, ankles, and feet with healing Reiki energy for 45 minutes. There is also time for specific areas that need more focussed attention, including energy centers (chakras). The treatment is then followed by a 15-minute conversation about your experience. Please note: repeat clients are welcome to use the entire 45-minute session for the Reiki treatment without a conversation after the treatment.
1 hour & 15 minute Session | $115.00 — NEW & CURRENT CLIENTS
This Reiki session is designed to treat a woman’s entire body with healing Reiki energy that incorporates a variety of hand placements on or above the body, including energy centers (chakras) and areas of concern for the client.
New clients experience a 45-minute session that addresses their concerns and the overall needs of the body’s energetic system. This includes a 15-minute conversation before and after the session for a more complete introduction to the Reiki practice.
Repeat clients experience a one-hour Reiki treatment that addresses their concerns and the overall needs of the body’s energetic system. This is followed by a 15-minute conversation about your experience. Repeat clients are also welcome to choose a 1 hour session with a 15-minute conversation before and after the session (a total of 1.5 hours for $135.00).
